How to Re-Install the Gladinet App on your iOS device

From time to time it may be necessary to reinstall the Gladinet app on your iPhone or iPad.

Below is a step by step guide to assist you should you need to reinstall the Gladinet App.

 

Step 1

Find the Gladinet Cloud App on you iPhone or iPad

Step 2

Tap and hold the Gladinet Cloud App until you see an X appear. Tap the X to delete the App

 

Step 3

A new pop up window will appear, Click Delete

 

 

Step 4

Open up the App Centre and enter in your Apple ID if requested

 

Step 5

Search for ‘GladinetCloud’ in the App Centre

 

Step 6

Cloud on the Download button

 

Step 7

Wait for the download to finish

 

Step 8

Open up Settings

 

Step 9

Scroll down and click on GladinetCloud

 

Step 10

Add in the End Point – https://access.freshfileserver.com.au

 

Step 11

Open up the Gladinet Cloud App
